"My first impression of Dr. Oh was that he is forthright, sincere and matter-of-fact. His office staff have been very kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He's a very busy surgeon, but I'm confident he's worth the wait. Dr. Oh comes up a little short in the bedside manner department, but then I don't need or want a funny or slick surgeon. I want the very best, most competent, focused and talented guy on the block. Warm and fuzzy is nice, but I'll sacrifice most or all of that to have SKILL!!!
