Hi Deneen, I hope you are feeling great! I pray that you have an uneventful recovery period and progress as well as I have at 4 months post op. Didn't I tell you Dr. C. was good LOL! Don't forget to walk and breathe to keep your lungs clear(coughing helped me too). You can do this...after awhile your new life will seem as if you never had surgery.I thought about asking my PCP for a stomach x-ray because I feel so good PHYSICALLY I wonder if I really had wls! But I really am happy and know that I am blessed to be doing so well.I pray that you continue to do so too. Bless you and yours. Julie S. in Louisville, Ky.

i'm georgia deneen's angel. she had her surgery june13th. she was in surgery from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. her blood pressure rose so they kept her in recovery until 5:00 pm. she walked a little tonight and was doing good. june 14th 1 day post op. deneen looks wonderful. the tube in her nose was bothering her throat making it hard to swallow. she was upset because dr didn't come in early to check her out. a little pain where the drain tube is but pain meds taking care of that. dr finally came in and he took tube out of her nose. he said the surgery went great. he wants her on soft foods before she leaves the hospital. she has a slight fever of 101 and she is taking antibiotics. she said she has walked without any problems. she said she feels good. i will keep you posted and thanks for your good wishes for deneen.
