^j^ ANGEL Flying HIGH.......WOo hooo!!!! <p> Well my dear friends here at AMOS...VICKI is only 2 weeks and 2 days from celebrating her REAL BIRTHDAY....and her NEW birthday! That's right....1 year ago on May 25, 2001 Vicki underwent RNY surgery on her actual BIRTHDAY!!! It was a birthday she will never forget! She came close to losing her life due to acute peritonitis/complications, but thankfully due to talented surgeons and the grace of God she made it through some really challenging times. <p> I didn't know Vicki last year, I never saw her when she was over weight. I have only known her as her NEW, THINNER...BEAUTIFUL self. I can tell you though that this lady was ALWAYS beautiful (whether fat or skinny)....she has a beautiful, caring heart....and a wonderful soul. I am thankful everyday that AMOS brought us together as friends. We live 5 minutes away from each other...but would probably have never met if it wasn't for this site. I feel fortunate to call her my friend....and I am SO PROUD OF HER!!! She LOOKS FABULOUS!!!! Those "caddy" women that live in her neighborhood and tell her she looks "too skinny" or "sickly" are just JEALOUS of her now. Plain and simple! Take it from me......I look at the Vicki Kelly I see...and I think WOW! What an amazing, beautiful and SEXY Lady!!! YOU GOT IT NOW....SO YOU WORK IT GIRLFRIEND!!! LOL You know I love ya!! (and I am not saying those things because your my friend....I am saying that because I mean it, and I believe it.) <p> At last count I believe she has lost 117 pounds. (6 pounds BELOW her goal weight!!) She wears a SIZE 4 and looks great!!! <p> PLEASE GO TO HER SURGERY PAGE AND FLOOD IT WITH BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY WISHES.....MAY 25TH I WILL NOT BE HERE...I WILL BE ON A CRUISE & NOT SURE IF I CAN ACCESS THE WEBSITE FROM THERE....SO I WANTED TO START HER BIRTHDAY WISHES COMING IN NOW BEFORE I LEFT. <P> MAY 25TH..... HAPPY REAL BIRTHDAY!!! AND HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY WITH YOUR WLS!!!!! You look FANTASTIC!!!! Love ya bunches!!

Vicki, thanks for your comments on the message board. I won't have access to my email for about 3 more weeks. It's good to know that there are others out there that are having problems with people since we have lost all this weight. If it's not a problem, I might email you later for support. Vicki I just wanted to tell you that I think you look GORGEOUS and I am so happy that your surgery turned out so well for you!!! Keep on livin' girl...don't let anyone's jealousy (that's what it is, false concern, real jealousy) get you down. I hope I look half as good as you do after my surgery! Dani Rice

VICKI....VICKI....VICKI.....YOU know I love ya girl!!! Well AMOS friends....not only did Vicki make it to goal at 9 months post op....but now at 11 months post op she is down to 129 pounds!!! For a total loss of.... 116 pounds!!! That is 6 pounds below her goal weight!! SHE LOOKS MARRRRRRRRRRVELOUS DARLING!!! lol. <P> Vicki has been a HUGE support system for me over the last few months...and I want her to know that she inspires MANY people! I saw that Rhonda posted a comment about her earlier...and it is so true....go to her profile...read her story and struggles...and you will be inspired too! She is a BEAUTIFUL person both inside and out! I love her! WOO HOOO You go girl!! (I am also very fortunate to only live 5 MINUTES away from her!!! What a coincidence!!!) Actually....a blessing!!! CONGRATULATIONS VICKI!
