Betty,
I read your post and felt that we share some common ground. Whenever I would see people say in chat that 1 or 2 teaspoons of food would fill them up, I thought NO WAY not me!! I am only 5 days post but I can honestly say that I have had NO hunger. Finding something to do is somewhat of a challenge. I am reading, WALKING, and spending more time on the internet. Soon, I hope to be at water aerobics and more.
