"My first impression was that he is a down to earth doctor. He selected all of his pictures in his office. They are all rustic outdoors pictures. He looks more professional from a far, but so personable up close. I felt he listened to every little bit of conversation we had. He looks like he enjoys life and that I was not just another patient. Dr. Keith's staff is just wonderful. His son works with him and he looks just like his Dad. Cute family. I really like Jennifer, I feel we connected right off. It means a lot to have people at the doctor's office that treats you more like a friend than a number. Every one at Dr. Keith's office has been really friendly. The before and after care, the careful checkup, the many different places the give you to get support and information. They really try to make you as informed a patient as possible. So far, I would rate him as at least an 8 or 9 out of 10 right now for being a great doctor. I have not had my surgery yet, so the jury is still out."
