"My first impression of him was that he was extremely knowledgeable and confident. He answered many questions and seems to have a routine to his group consultations. My first impression of him has not changed. He is an excellent surgeon! His office staff is helpful, but OVERWORKED! I sometimes feel like I might get lost in the mass of people they deal with daily. The only area, I feel, that could be improved would be in the aftercare information and follow-up. My first follow-up appointment was scheduled for 1:45 p.m. and I was finally called in at 3:00 p.m. The staff is known to double and triple book patients. As for the aftercare information, I was told the staff is working on developing a better packet for the Do's and Don'ts, as well as samples meals. This would help tremendously! I would rate the surgeon a 10 out of 10 and his staff an 8 out of 10! "

Southcrest Hospital
"I was prepared for the worst, because I heard a lot about nursing shortages, and to expect delays with medicine and service, but I received excellent care. I did have someone stay with me 24 hours a day during my stay. This particular hospital has an entire floor especially suited for bariatric patients. "
