Best wishes this week! Be good to yourself and celebrate this brave wonderful step you're taking towards a better life. You'll be in good hands at BTC, just walk as much as you can. I had my surgery there 9 months ago and I've lost almost 125 pounds, and I'm almost to goal! Good luck!!!
