Hi everyone:
I am still having severe reactions to my surgery. I have tried really hard to post my comment about Dr. Harry Sax. Sad to say it will not accept. I do not think he is a very good surgeon, showing absoutely no bedside manner not to say the severe complications I had. Suddenly after 4 days of my surgery I was right back in the operating room with emergency bowl surgery. My family was told that I developed adhesions. Only to find out I had two perferations and a twist in my bowel. I live with a family of nurses and adhesions do not develope in a couple days. If I seen him a total of 5 times the entire 39 days of my stay it was a lot. Now I am waiting for my second surgery to reconstruct my neck from a bedsore I developed while in ICU and neglect from the nursing staff. I have already had surgery on April 11, 2002 for a bedsore on my butt. Which by the way is STILL not healed. Being told that it will take another 4 -5 months to close. I am currently seeing a Neurologist for all the nerve damage done while I was in my coma. I have no strength on my entire right side, severe nerve damage done to my back and to my right leg and foot from not being turned while I was in intensive care in a coma. There excuse to my family was that "She is just SOOOOOO Big" to turn. Sorry to drop this on all of you, but I have to get my story out, and this is my start.
