"My first impression of Dr. Kaczmarski was excellent. He's not what you call a very friendly person, he seems to have a quiet effective manner about him. He was extremely informative and answered all of my questions before I asked. When he finished explaining everything, I didn't have any questions. The office staff was very pleasant. My counselor is Diane. She had the surgery five years ago, as well as several others in her family. I'm looking forward to seeing Dr. K again at my surgery! The only complaint I have is I waited sooooo long to see him. My appointment was at 1:30, I didn't get in to see him until almost 4:00. But, I guess thorougness has it's price!"
