Hi everyone! Thanks for your kind wishes and support. Unfortunately, my surgery date was postponed because the hospital did not receive a special instrument used by the doctor. I found this out about 4 p.m. yesterday and it was devastating to say the least. It could be another two weeks before I can have the surgery and I'll have to deal with the anxiety all over again. I did learn one lesson: Don't empty your refrigerator the day before the surgery. I gave all the delicious leftover Easter food to my daughter to take back to school on Monday because I knew I wouldn't be eating and was on clear liquids for most of the day before I got the news. I will let you know when the surgery is scheduled. Thanks again for your support.

Good Luck on your surgery tomorrow. I will say an extra special prayer for a safe and speedy recovery.I'm sure you will do great. Dr. Garber seems wonderful.I will be following in your footsteps.
