"My first impression of Dr. Coates was that he is very laid back but professional.I liked him from the beginning. He wasn't cold or anything he made me feel very comfortable with him as my chosen surgeon. His staff, especially Josette, is very nice. They have been pleasant everytime I have come into contact with them. Dr. Coates does go over aftercare with you and does emphasize that this is a very important part of this procedure. Dr. Coates gives you all the risks and benefits of this surgery and makes you aware that this is not a surgery to be taken litely. He stresses that this is just a tool he can provide for you, you still have to have so dedication in order for this tool to help you. Overall Dr. Coates seems to be a Dr. with a human side. I give him a thumbs up!!!!!"
