"My First impression of Dr.Thompson, is that he is a very caring and through person, I love the fact that he puts you at ease, by answering all and any questions that you have, no matter how plebian you may feel that they are. He is a wonderful surgeon and I am very happy that I am having him as mine.
He is very honest and up front about any and all risks that are involved with surgery, and being that mine is a revision, I was a little more nervous, but he was very frank with me and that gave me alot of comfort.
His staff is also very helpful, Diane,is a wiz with the insurance letters, she got me approved in 10 days!!! :)
Dr. Thompson, is a very stong believer in after care and support groups, I am glad that I have him in my corner, as far as recommending him to other patients, I do all the time, my friend is coming all the way from Washington to have her surgery by him, she was that impressed by my remarks about him :)
