"I have Dr. E. Gaar as my physician. He is patient, attentive, thorough and excellent in the operating room. I am so fortunate that I ended up with him. His staff consists of Susan who is efficient and friendly. I understood the risks, had a complication of an infected incision which was handled with care and was followed on a regular basis afterwards. I rate Dr. Gaar as very very good. He is very down to earth, sympathetic and seems to really enjoy seeing his patients almost bloom after they begin the weight loss journey. I highly recommend him."
