Hi Elizabeth, I really enjoyed reading your profile and your sense of humor is great. I like how you explain your emotions and can relate to much of what you said. Thank you so much for your true-to-life information on the accounts of your hospital stay and after-care. I am scheduled for LAP RNY in Toledo on Aug 3rd and really appreciate the information you provided and just feeling that someone else feels the way I do makes this so much more comforting for me. Well I went to see Elizabeth on Friday evening, she looked great, a little tired, but that goes without saying. she was in good spirits plus she had her whole family there looking after her! She was doing beautifully! She should be home by now I will be calling her tonight. God Bless you Elizabeth! I love ya

Hey Elizabeth, Glad to hear you made surgery with no problem! Trust me, EVERYONE hates the NG tube, but I guess it is there for a reason. Hope your recovery is quick and uneventful. Helen C

I spoke with Elizabeth last night, all is well. She sounded very good. She didn't like the N/G tube and they removed it for her, she said her pain wasn't that bad, but I don't know if that was the drugs talking LOL I am going to visit her and will return with info! We love ya girlie!

Yippeee Elizabeth is out of surgery! She is in some pain but already awake. All went well. She is on her way now!!
