"His staff is very, very rude. The office manager is very condescending and difficult to work with. Dr. Miller often changes treatment plans without telling you. He frequently walks out of the exam room leaving questions unanswered and sometimes gets angry if you ask questions about how procedures will be done. My overall impression is you can find many plastic surgeons in the area who do good work and will treat you more professionally."
