Hi everyone, I just thought I would let you all know that I am doing lots better. I had my surgery 26 days ago and have lost 35 lbs and had lost 20 before surgery. My total weightloss at this point is 55 lbs. I have had my ups and downs but would do it all over again. It is so worth it. I no longer have to live on pain meds, muscle relaxers or arthritis meds. I feel great and hope to continue feeling great. I hope the rest of you have great luck with your surgery and get well soon and be happy people.

Hi everyone, It's me Denise. Just thought I would post a little note for you all. I had surgery on the 13th of Oct and stayed in the hospital for 5 days. While there I had 2 severe allergic reations to meds I could previously take. So after that I have been unbale to eat hardly anything at all. Just water and popscicles and mashed potatoes lol. I have trouble drinking anything with protein powder in it, makes me throw up. It has been hard for me to do this cause of these minor problems. But it has been worth it. I am down already 30 lbs and it is 16 days post op. As soon as I get my internet problem straightened out will be in more often.

Hi Denise. I am so sorry that you had such a rough time of it. Have they given you something you can tolerate for pain? Are you still having pain? Do you live alone? If so, is there someone who can help care for you? Keep me posted. I will keep you in my thoughts. Shelly H.

~*~(From my heart to yours)I SAID A PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY~*~ I said a prayer for you today And know God must have heard- I felt the answer in my heart Although He spoke no word I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind, I asked Him to send treasures Of a far more lasting kind, I asked that He'd be near you At the start of each new day, To grant you health and blessings And friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you In all things great and small, But it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.(unknown author)~*~Hugs~*~
