"I met Dr.Cook on March 10,2003.I was impressed with his presentation of Gastric By-pass Surgery. He was very honest and upfront and used words anyone could understand about the good and the bad concerning this surgery.
I had already met Joyce Vail who is a very friendly person and must have loads of patience as I admit I bugged her a lot about this and that and she never made me feel as if I was bothering her. I also met
Becky and she puts you at ease and makes you feel like you are important to her. I met the rest of the staff and was impressed at their obvious team efforts.
I think Dr.Cook and his staff have a great working team environment and their competence is reassuring. The total package of surgery and after-care is the best I have ever came across surfing the net!
