"First impression of Dr. Boorse very nice, Explained the procedure through a diagram what they would be doing. Why he prefers RNY and also I would be given prevenative measures to prevent blood clots.The day following you are taken back to the operating room to drink something and x-rayed to make sure there are no leaks. Plus follow up visits. I was given abook on the procedure and a diet that needs to be followed in steps from day one. He addressed the riks of the surgery, his bedside manner was "making me feel confortable." The office were very friendly, plus they gave me a list of people (and their phone numbers to contact them) who had the surgery done by him. I would rate my overall visit with him enjoyable and he put me very much at ease, because I was very nervous."
