"I DIDN'T FEEL THE HOSPITAL STAFF WAS OVERLY HELPFUL. THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED AND THEY JUST DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO BE OVERLY HELPFUL. THEY WERE ADEQUATE. NO MORE AND NO LESS."

"I met with Dr. David Bruce. He and Dr. Clarey usually do the surgery together. However, he'll be out of town and won't be back until the day after my scheduled date. So, I met Dr. Clarey on 4/4 and she will be doing my surgery alone. If I wasn't comfortable with that I could reschedule my date. I appreciated her giving me the opportunity make the choice. Dr. Bruce was cordial and business like, you could tell he was a busy man. Dr. Clarey was very nice, answered all my questions and there was nothing rushed about my visit. All the staff that I've delt with have been friendly and helpful. They do have an aftercare program and monthly support meetings at 2 locations. "
