Hello micki, I just recently joined the support group. Congratulations on your surgery. I hope everything is going well. I have a friend who surgery at norton'n in May. She is doing great. I am going to Dr. Mullins on 8//18/00 for a consultation. If everything goes well I may be sharing your experience befor long if my insurance approves it. i will keep you on my prayers. i live in Russell Springs, Ky. God Bless You

Well, Its day 3 and Micki is doing fine her room keeps changing from private to public but her roomates never stay too long. Everything seems to be going on schedule and I hope to bring her home on Friday. Thank you all for posting your well wishes I know when she is able to read them she they will fill her heart with joy. Hello All, I am Puff, Micki's hubby, I just got back from the hospital and Micki is doing fine. Dr.Shina said the surgery whent as well as it can go. That gives me a big releif concidering I wasnt sure about the surgery to begin with. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers for me. and email me at [email protected] if you have any questions. Hey Mickie, well here you are my friend just about to take an important leap in your life. I want you to know I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers in the days to come. I know you'll do just fine. Just exercise that "thumb" (if you know what I mean)! Just think...every 12 minutes...every 12 minutes!!!! And you too can shop while your recovering like I did. Keep a positive attitude girl and remember every day is a little easier than the one before. I'm rooting for you from my recliner! Take care and we'll talk soon!!! ;o)
