Hi all! I spoke to Cindy Goff earlier this evening and she sounded great! She said she was feeling ok but had a rough day. Her doctor told her she was doing wonderfully and would have her NG tube removed tomorrow. She hasn't had any ice chips or anything by mouth but may be able to have something tomorrow after tube removed. She has walked twice and said it was pretty hard on her. She has the morphine pump for pain control and has compression boots on legs. She likes the boots! Her attitude was great and voice sounded strong. She asked for prayer so please remember her. God bless everyone out there. Marilyn

Cindy, You are exactly one week ahead of me so I will follow your progress with great interest. (I'm going to Ruby Memorial with Dr. Bergstein.) I hope your surgery goes well and the recovery is easy. You and I have a lot to look forward to as we start a new way of life. Just think how exciting this Spring will be! You're in my prayers! Susan

Hi Cindy: I am writing to wish you well on January 10. We share the same surgery date, so I will pray that God watch over both of us. Perhaps we will be able to compare notes afterwards. Best of luck- we are starting a new life. Sue Ireland

Cindy, I will be praying for you on the 10th! You are going to be great! In the spring, we will both emerge from these cocoons as beautiful butterflies and girl, we will fly!!! I am here for you if you need to talk or anything, Cindy. Just call, ok? Hey, as soon as you are able I will be a new customer in the massage therapy. I want a Swiss massage. Best of luck to you and warm thoughts and prayer. Remember to move, move, move! I wish for you an uneventful surgery (textbook) and a speedy recovery. God bless you! Marilyn
