Hope those sniffles have moved on, Carolyn!!!! What a rotten thing to have happen! My surgery is in 2 weeks, and I'm currently on antibiotics for a cold too! Thank Goodness we have the drugs to get us well, and help get us to the 'other side'. You'll do great tomorrow, I just know it!!!! God Bless!

Angel Report #2 Carolyn is so worried about her surgery being cancelled. She is taking antibiotics, drinking hot soup, taking vitamin C, using a cool mist humidifier, and worrying a lot! She has prayed and left this in God's hands, but sure could use some uplifting messages. Please give her a message on her page and remember her in prayer. She will be at my house tomorrow "purging" and then it is on to the hospital on Monday morning at 6:15 am. Please pray for her. Thanks a million to all you wonderful people who have been there. I had the WLS three months ago so I, along with a lot of you, understand what she is going through. We have such great expectations and then to get a doggone cold! But I think it is so important to keep positive "karma" and good healing thoughts flowing through the body. Our bodies react to our minds, so Carolyn, imagine yourself healthy and running down a WEST VIRGINIA country road with your little grand daughter, skinny with that fantasy white gauze dress on. You are laughing and life is wonderful! See you tomorrow. I love you very much! Your twin and angel,

Angel Report #1~~~~^j^ My twin, Carolyn, is having surgery on Monday. She had developed a cold/virus/ or allergies (we aren't sure which one) and went for her preop tests yesterday. She stopped at my house on her way home. She felt miserable but she is better today. She had a chest x ray and all is well. It isn't in her chest so the surgery is on! Please pray for her as she is so nervous and I am too. Please drop by her page and wish her well. I will update as often as I can but I will be at the hospital for her as her "advocate". Carolyn, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine four months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

Hey Carolyn ... welcome to my boat! I'm 9 days from surgery and also caught my sister's lovely sinus infection. Luckily I caught it quickly and have started my Zithromycin! I just wanted to let you know you weren't alone ... and I'll be thinking and praying for your surgery to be a success. Best Wishes and God Bless.
