"I met with Dr. Carrasquilla at the consultation on Sept. 12, 2002. I like his manner and his video was informative. He was willing to answer any questions and did so in a professional manner in terms anyone not familiar with medical terminology could understand. The office staff I have dealt with so far was Becky and she has been great. I know that aftercare is important in his program. There is an open to the public seminar held at the Florida Medical Center which my husband and I attended and at which there were 14 post op patients present to visit with you. I had researched him on the internet and am very happy with my decision to go with his office and him. I am currently awaiting insurance approval and have a psych consult scheduled for Sept. 30. Becky informed me that my insurance company, BC/BS of FL, Traditional, would probably require this and I decided to go ahead and have one now rather than wait until they asked for it and slow down things."
