Hi Marilyn, Congrats on your surgery date....not too long now and you'll be dropping weight like crazy! I am so happy for you and proud of you . This takes alot of courage. Marilyn, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. Marilyn, Mr Dr is also Dr Cacucci. I am waiting for them to call me with a surgery date.Looks like it is going to be a long time off, after seeing yours isnt until November!!!Good Luck, let me know how it comes out. Nancy Poe

Congratulations to you for choosing this life saving procedure. May all of your sweetest dreams come true. My husband and I BOTH had open rny's in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 315 lbs. We are not kids either!!!! I am 54 and he is 59 and we are both diabetics. Please check your email for a special msg.

Marilyn~ I'm 55 and have just a little over 100 lbs. to take off, and I'm scheduled for surgery 10\1. I do know of a woman here in my town who had this done at 60 and is doing great. My best to you....
