"My first impression was his beautiful compassionate blue eyes. He was very soft spoken and relatively quiet. His confidence was perfect, not to cocky and not to humble. He answered all my questions, drew some pictures and that was about it. The office was very busy that day and so I tried to be respectful of his time and didn't tarry. I really liked him, much more so than Dr. Kasper, who I had met the day before..night and day difference between them. I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Ferrari and believe he is the one that I want to do my surgery. It helped that two of the girls in the office were former patients of his...they answered more questions and really helped my get more comfortable with this entire process. I really like the fact that there is such a strong and structured aftercare program, they encourage patients to attend the support group mtgs even before surgery, which I plan on doing. The biggest negative was how quiet he was and that he didn't ask me many questions. I also felt alittle rushed when I was with the Dr. due to how busy the office was. "
