Well, I am now 17 weeks post op and down 70 pounds. Food issues are starting to raise their sugary little heads but I'll get through it. Got hit on for the first time in forever!! KInd of fun but I feel guilty that I liked it. I have the most amazing supportive husband in the world. I am so lucky.

ANGEL REPORT: I just spoke with Rebecca and she sounded great! She had been off of Morphine since last night and is doing well. She has been up walking and got her first bit of food...jello and apple juice...WooHoo. Her doctor says if all continues to go well, she can go home tomorrow. YEAH Rebecca! Please stop by her PAGE and welcome her to the OTHER SIDE! Way to go Rebecca!!! Luv ya sweetie. Rhonda :o)

This is Rebecca's husband, Ed. I left her sleeping (ok, snoring)soundly. She was a trouper and her color looked great. The support that she has received from everyone at this site has made all the difference to her. Thanks.

Rebecca, I am the Dee you met at the hospital this afternoon. I checked in on you before I left and you appeared to be sleeping peacefully. I am so glad to have had the chance to talk to you before you went to surgery. Best of luck on the other side and I will check on you later.

ANGEL REPORT: Rebecca is SAFELY on the OTHER side. I called earlier to see how she was, and she was still in surgery, as there had been a delay and they didn't start until around 3 pm. I spoke with her dear husband Edward who was there waiting. He called later to let me know that she came through just fine, they were able to do LAP, and the Rebecca was in recovery. I will talk to her tomorrow. Please stop by her PAGE, and wish her well. Way to go Rebecca!!1 I am soooo proud of you sweetie!!!
