Sheldon Randall

"I think Dr. Randall is a very compassionate man, who really cares about his patients. I met with him briefly to discuss the surgery and whether I qualified. I did. His medical assistant at the Kenmore office is very nice. Always willing to help and answers any questions. I must call her at least once a week, and I know I must be a pain to her, but she never once put me off. Diane at his other office I don't really know all that well, but I spoke briefly with her on the phone. Initially I was told I'd probably be booked sometime in November. I guess I called Diane on the right day, cuz I called just to make sure she had my paperwork from Kenmore, and she said yes, but she hadn't scheduled me yet. Thats all I really called for. 10 minutes later she called back and said she had a cancellation for May 23rd, and booked me for then. She is awesome in my book. Aftercare is definitely a big part of Dr. Randalls program. With support groups, and follow up visits. I am really impressed with everything overall. I'd stick with this program even if I had to wait another year. There is much to do in the time between consult and surgery, and if you have the time, use it to your advantage, read read read as much as possible. I had a 3 month wait for my initial consult and used that time. I didn't have many questions to ask. I'll have more to update after surgery I'm sure."
