I wish you all the best on your upcoming surgery. I hope all the "surgery angels" swoop down to surround you and protect you. My husband and I both had wls in 2001 and have lost a combined total of 280 lbs so far, we still have more to lose. It will work for you, if you work with it!!!

Betty, I am wishing you a successful, complication-free surgery and a smooth, quick recovery. I had my Open RNY on 12/10/01 and have absolutely NO regrets other than not having had it several years sooner. It is, without a doubt, the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you begin your healthy new life.
