Saturday, August 23, 2003 - I've been going to physical therapy 3 days per week for about 4 weeks, I have about three more weeks to go, then I will need to continue my routine at a commercial facility. I've been conditioning for aerobic exercise, using the upright bicycle and treadmill, then manual exercises totaling about 45 minutes. The goal is to get a sustained heartrate of 140 beats per minute for a twenty minute duration. My weight has dramatically slowed, which is discouraginf, but I try to focus on my protein, vitamins, water, and exercise. Hopefully, this WLS decision will work and I will attain goal weight.
