Carla: I just heard that your surgery has been moved up from Friday to Thursday. Way to go, Girl! You are almost there now. There are a lot of us following your journey and we are keeping you in our prayers. Just remember the hymn we often sing at Mass: "Be not afraid, I go before you always. Come, follow me; and I will give you rest. You may walk the barren dessert, but you shall not die of thirst. You may speak your words in foreign lands and all will understand. You may pass before the burning flame, but you shall not be harmed. You shall see the face of God and live.Be not afraid. I go before you always. Come, follow me; and, I will give you rest." This is God's promise to us that He will always be with us. He is with you now as you prepare for this surgery; and, He will be with you during the surgery. Just put it in His hands and let Him be in charge.
You are in our prayers.
