I saw Dr. Case today and all is set for the 10th. I had my last IV Iron treatment today also. Karen at Dr. Chamberlian's office is very nice. I am going to keep up with the diet and my walking this weekend and be ready for Wednesday. I also wanted to say that Julie is a nice addition to Dr. Case's staff. Thank you Dr. Case, Lisa, Eileen, and Julie. Kristen

10/29/03 I had the IVC filter put in on Monday. Pretty painless, just a little soar now. I have everything completed just waiting to get my Iron were it needs to be. Saw a hemotologist on Tuesday and he said I need to be on Iron for 4 weeks, after that they will recheck for Iron. If all is good I should get a date fairly quickly. Take all your vitamins is my tip. I was pretty disappointed to find out that I wouldn't be having surgery in the next few weeks, however, I do want to be where I need to be to succeed, and have a good recovery.
