"I liked him from the first moment. I have not had much contact with him personally yet but his staff is wonderful. Nancy has helped and walked me thru alot and Kim has helped let me know what I should and shouldn't eat. Mark from PT is very considerate. I love them all and can't wait to get a set date and go thru the process. Oh and Dr Wagner is such a hoot. Very down to eartha nd explains why we might have some of the feelings that we do and that it is okay and not to think of ourselves as bad if we make a mistake and to get back on track. I have not had the surgery yet so I will update as the process goes on. "
