I drink ProLab in banana flavor. You can get it either at Vitalady.com or GNC stores. I believe it was like $30 at Vitalady and $29 at GNC. It's delicious. You really need to put it in a blender to get it all mixed up, I use milk, but I've even had it by just stirring with a spoon. It does tend to separate quickly, before you can drink it all, so I just keep a spoon with my glass and restir. Good luck.

Lori, I'm only 2 days after you and feeling the same way. I think we would be ABNORMAL if we were not feeling jittery. I'll keep you in my prayers and see you on the other side. YAHOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Dearest Lori: Don't worry, everything about how you are feeling is NORMAL. I have those types of fears myself, but am more afraid of what life will be like without the surgery. You are young, and I know you will be fine. It is natural to be nervous before any type of Surgery. Just try to keep yourself busy and those days will fly by. I have 25 days to go myself.
