Hi Margaret: Thank you for the information on Dr. Sapala. I will have my consultation on March 26. Hope you are feeling well and I just wanted to wish you a healthy and Speedy recovery. I have a sister who had her surgery at Bariatric. Has'nt been a year yet and she started out at a little over 300lbs, now down to 140lbs. Amazing! She's doing great and I know you will too. Margaret, I am wishing you a safe, complication-free surgery and a quick, smooth recovery. I had my open RNY on Dec. 10, 2001 and have absolutely NO regrets. I can honestly say, without a doubt, that its the best thing I could have done for myself. God bless you as you start your healthy new life!

Margaret, everything will go well for you! You'll be in my prayers that day. I'm behind you in surgery; 2 weeks later...maybe I'll see you at the next support group meeting. I believe that it is the 16th! Good luck. If you need a visitor while you're in just let me know...I live real close.
