"My first impression about Dr. English was quiet and reserved but in a personal way. He gave you his undivided attention and extremely gentle physically & emotionally. He gives you the facts about your pre-op work and the surgery and stress the importance of following instructions. The staff was extremely helpfull and excited for me and my decision to go through with the surgery. Dr. English, is a gem and highly reccommended as is Dr. Carrasquilla. So those of you in the South Florida area do give them a call they really care about your well-being. They are adimate about you making your appointments and being consistant. Dr. English address the risks of the surgery in a manner that doesn't scare you. He is extremely calm and confident so that makes you feel at ease. I rate him a 9 because I haven't had the surgery yet but I'm looking forward to my re-birth. I prefer both but if I had to choose it would most diffintely be SURGICAL COMPETENCE!!!"
