Joni, I have really been inspired by you to have my surgery performed. I am doing everything possible to one day have to surgery. You are very fortunate to have Blue Cross & Blue Shield approve your surgery. As you know United Healthcare through Sitel will not. I really miss you at work. I can't wait to see you!
