Hi Rhonda I saw your post today and your weight loss is incredible and inspiring!!!!!! Did I get the numbers right you have lost over 250 lbs in almost a year(from 400 to 143)WOW????? I have often wondered if I will lose all that I need to after my surgery but you are living proof that it is possible. Congratulations on your WLS success and best wishes for your new life. Wendi

Hi. My name is Toni and we were surgery date buddies. We are 8 1/2 months out now and I just wanted to check in with everyone to see how your progress is going!
