Dear Christine, I have had you on my mind and wanted to know I still keep you in my prayers and hope you are doing well. I hate it you cannot come to the support meetings any more. We now can attend both meetings for the $10 fee. Shannon the new girl that took Bobbie's job is hoping to rebuild the attendance and both she and Dr. Needleman are trying to get the meetings for free. Christine, Happy 3mo annivaersary and 57lbs gone for good. Seems we are doing about the same. I am going to try the salads too. You make them sound so good. I also agree with you about the blue berry Carb Solutions bars...Yuck! Keep it up!

Glad to see your smiling face on here and for the personal email. I move to the next support class now. It is next Weds. because of the holiday. Maybe you and your sister can come.
