"The staff is great! Doctor Jacobs was super...he was very relaxed and explained everything to me. Answered all my guestions. I never felt rushed. He explained this is the only kind of surgery he does and he's done I believe he said 1000 or more. I explained my high anxiety levels from waiting such a long time to get to this point,he was very understanding. He says he doesn't see any problem with my insurance coming through at all and that as soon as it does surgery will probably be within a couple weeks after that. That means May 2001 sometime :) I can hardly wait to get on with this. I guess thats about it for now. Will update as soon as I know the exact date. I would have to rate him overall to be a doctor that appears very competent, caring and devoted to the health and welfare of his patients. "
