Hey Pat - Just looked at your profile page and the new pic. I can't believe at 8 months you have lost 130 pounds! Wow! You look great. I've lost 28 in the past 5 1/2 weeks. It has been a struggle at times, cause I don't want to eat or drink sometimes. I know the key is to get in the food and drink and exercise. I see a difference though. I am working on getting new pics up myself soon. Keep up the great work!!!

I am 5 days post op and still going thru the gas pains, very uncomfortable.... And I seem to be going thru a little depression. Maybe it's boredom? It helps reading peoples stories. I know this too will pass and tomorrow will be better. Thanks for your "welcome" letters. Pat C.
