"My first impression of Dr. Dallal actually started with the office staff. Everyone at The New Program is very professional and helpful. I spent 4 hours during my first consultation reviewing general information, meeting with the psychiatrist, the pre-op nurse, Dr. Dallal, the insurance coordinator, and finally with the hospital liaison. I came away with so much information and a comfort level that I would be well taken care of. Everyone took all the time I needed to answer my questions. I'm currently working through the insurance approval process (yuck!). They take preparedness very seriously and gave me a book to read, a list of support groups to attend, and have a network of support after the surgery. Dr. Dallal went over surgical risks again (I had pretty much read about all of them prior to the visit). I feel very comfortable with the surgeon and the office staff. I'm a little concerned about whether or not I'll receive insurance approval by my scheduled surgery date, but I just have to try to submit all the information I can."
