"Dr. Wagner is a very friendly person who gave me his undivided attention and answered all the questions and concerns that I was having.
His staff is also very friendly and treats you as family, and helps with any questions you might have.
My daughter had surgery in Oct. of 2004 and that is when I met him. He was very concerned with my daughter and her recovery and how she progressed. Seeing him in action first hand took my fears away.
I rate him as highest on the scale that I can at this point.
