Timothy Ehrlich
"Dr. Ehrlich is AMAZING. He sat down right next to me in his office and we talked. I was not spoken to, we talked! He had no problem with my list of questions, in fact he encouraged it and at one point brought in another one of the doctors because he thought my questions were interesting. I also went to an imformational seminar that he ran at Norwalk Hospital, it was even more informative. His staff, what I can I about them other than they to are Amazing, they are helpful and sweet and prompt, I did not like one of my doctors who I had to see for an endoscopy and Dr. Ehrlich's staff immediatly gave me another doctor to see. As a matter of fact I was a bit depressed because I had an infection and had to move my date and they called me to say I had been aproved and wanted to let me know ASAP because they knew it would cheer me up. I should also say they took care of the insurance issue for me, I didnt even know it was proccessing, they never asked me for anything. Dr. Ehrlich is part of a team that does this sugery and the lap band in CT and they always perform them together, in this case to many cooks can only help the soup. They also started a support group which meets at the hospital. Overall I give them the highest rating I can. I had been to see other Doctors but the moment I met Dr. Ehrlich I felt comfortable and safe and I knew he was the one for me. I have not had the surgery yet (August) but I have complete confidance in him, his associates and his staff. FYI - He works with Dr. Floch"
