As I type this Lou should be home at this time. He's done wonderful from the surgery. He had some problems with his heart rhythm but as Temple is a teaching hospital I believe they got it all straightened out. Lou, welcome home dude! He's on full liquids right now. Rembember those? all you posties.

Lou's had some discomfort with stomach spasms. He's had some axiety about getting out of bed and as a result has had irregular heartrate; but they have taken care of that with meds. more to come

Lou is out of surgery as of 230 pm. Off the vent, does have the normal ng and other drains. He came through surgery great. His daughter called joyce (my wife) with this info. He's doing so good his daughter is going to go to work tomorrow. Yipee

2/05/03 I had to go to Deborah Heart & Lung Hospital for a chemical stress test. PASSED with flying colors. Got the ok from cigna monday 02/03/03. Got the cadiac clearence today at 12 noon. .... nothing like last minute pressure! Surgery is still set for 9:45 AM T O M O R R O W!!! Thanks to all who have EMAILED me. I am truely greatful!!!!! Lou, i'm so glad for you. You will truly have a new life and the knowledge that it will be an extended life that you never thought you would have. It will also be an energetic life compared to what you are used to. Also i would like to be your angel and keep everyone updated.
