"I don't think that my complaints were heard. I remarked several times that my IV was very painful and my arm hurt. They repeatedly told me that someone would be along to check it. No one ever did and as a result, the IV had infiltrated and the fluids had been pumping directly into my arm and surrounding tissues. This created enormous problems when I needed medication for vomiting and dangerously high blood pressure. "
