Lynda, best wishes and good thoughts are being sent your way as you make your journey to health and wellness. I am four months post-op, down 64 lbs, and so glad I decided to do this, after thinking about it for a few years. Educate yourself, really read and understand everything about the procedure you have chosen to have, and trust yourself that you have made the right choice. {{{Hugs}}}
