"Dr. Babineau is very professional but personable. He wore cowboy boots! His office staff, especially Freda the nurse is totally awesome! She took care of everything and got the insurance approved in less than 45 minutes. Betty the Office Assistant is as sweet as pie (will I ever eat pie again?) Future patients should definitely give Dr. B a call. He is doing a new incision for open Lap that is supposed to heal faster and cause lest pain. He is really big on aftercare and stressed that this procedure is to be used as a tool. He gave me a full packet of pre-op and post-op stuff. The aftercare program requires visits at 2,4,6,12 18 months and 2 years. He was very upfront about risks. "
