"I met Dr. Cooper for the first time today, and my impression of him was that he was very easy to talk to(considering how nervous I was!)He made me feel comforatable and seems to really want to help me. I thought Diane was very nice also. I have blue shield ppo and they are sending the request for surgery in so I am on pins and needles for probably the next 2 weeks waiting for a confirmation,It feels like waiting for insurance approval is the biggest hurdle of all! Will keep updating as things progress."
