hi it is me and i have survived to the other side.in my opinion other then the actual surgery day this is not to bad sore but not painful.i am only 8 days post op and would do it again next week if i had to.i have not experienced any side effects other then not being hungry lol.i am so happy to begin my new life.

JUST WANTED EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT DEBBIE IS HOME, SHE CAME HOME TUESDAY, SHE HAD TO STAY AN EXTRA DAY BECAUSE OF A FEVER. SHE'S DOING WELL!

Hello everyone, I spoke to Debbie on the phone yesterday, she is looking forward to going home on monday. She's feeling better each day and no complications thank god.

Hi everyone, I spoke to Debbie this morning and she is doing fine. She is having a little trouble breaathing but she should be up and walking around later today. She came through with flying colors and no complications. I will keep you updated. Shirley

I have been talking to Debbie quite alot. She told me she would be my angel, so I told her I could be her angel. I don't think she had a chance to update since she had her surgery this morning. I called three times the first she was in surgery, about 9 a.m., then again at about 3 p.m and was told she was still in recovery, and again this evening at 9 p.m. and she was in the i.c.u. unit. She emailed me on tuesday night and told me she was still scared to death. I will post again as soon as I have an update Shirley
