2-8-02 Well, I am sorry that I havent updated for so long but I had to get back to real life, you know, work, wife, kids.... Anyway, it's been 7 months since the operation and I have lost 127 lbs!!!!!!!!!! Holy ____!!! I feel wonderful. I bought a treadmill and my wife and I get on it every day. I have a whole new outlook on life, feel like I can do anything, and attempt many new things, especially sports. Anyone considering the operation - JUST DO IT - you will appreciate every minute of your new life. Just make sure you have it laproscopically, you'll save yourself a whole lot of pain. Till next time!!

Dear Steve, Just came across your comments on your surgery. It was very uplifting. I am having surgery with Dr. Garber on 9/26 at St. Francis Hospital. I hope my recovery is as easy as yours. Keep me posted. Thanks, Penny ([email protected])
